1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using newazanetwork.com (the "Site") or any NEWAZA Network services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and businesses using the Platform in any capacity.
2. Platform Description
NEWAZA Network is an online marketplace connecting members of the global Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) community. The Platform facilitates listings, transactions, and communications between users — including services, rentals, classifieds, and deals.
NEWAZA Network is a marketplace platform, not a party to any transaction between users. We do not provide BJJ services, coaching, rentals, or products ourselves. All agreements are between the individual users involved.
3. User Accounts
To access most Platform features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 16 years of age to register. Business accounts must represent a legitimate business entity.
4. Listings & Content
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they post. By posting content on the Platform, you grant NEWAZA Network a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the Platform.
We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that violates these Terms or our community standards, at our sole discretion and without notice.
5. Payments & Fees
All transactions on the Platform are processed via Stripe. NEWAZA Network charges a 4% transaction fee on completed transactions, deducted automatically from the seller's payout.
Business subscriptions are billed monthly at the current published rate. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Promoted listing fees are charged at the time of promotion and are non-refundable once the promotion period has begun.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- ›Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- ›Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- ›Circumvent the Platform to conduct transactions off-platform
- ›Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- ›Spam, scrape, or use automated tools to access the Platform
- ›Impersonate another person or entity
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NEWAZA Network does not verify the qualifications, credentials, or identity of users beyond the verification process described in our platform guidelines.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to complete transactions, or the ability of buyers to pay.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEWAZA Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice or liability. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
